Returns & Cancellations Policy
1. Regional Eligibility
The options available to you when making a return or exchange depend on your location and the warehouse that fulfilled your order.
- UK Orders: Dispatched from our UK warehouse to UK addresses. Refund, exchange, store credit, and gift card options are available.
- Select EU Orders: Dispatched from our EU warehouse to supported EU countries. Refund, exchange, store credit, and gift card options are available.
- AUS/NZ Orders: Dispatched from our AUS warehouse to AUS/NZ addresses. Refund, exchange, store credit, and gift card options are available.
- International Orders: For all other regions, direct exchanges are not currently available. If you require a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

2. Preferential Returns (Change of Mind)
Returns requested due to personal preference — such as a change of mind, change of fit, or no longer wanting the item — are considered “preferential returns.”
Notification & Return Window
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery.
- Once notified, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us after receiving your return label.
Item Condition
All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and no signs of wear (including perfume, marks, or damage). We ask that items be returned in their original packaging where possible.
If a garment is returned in a condition indicating it has been worn beyond a brief inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods. This is in accordance with your rights under applicable consumer law.
Refund & Return Options
- You are entitled to a full refund of the item price, including taxes and duties, to your original payment method.
- Where available for your region, you may alternatively choose store credit, a gift card, or an exchange.
- Original shipping costs are refundable up to the cost of our standard delivery rate. Charges for premium delivery services (e.g. Next Day) above that rate are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs for preferential returns are at the customer’s expense.
Processing Time
Once we receive your parcel, please allow up to 3 business days for our team to inspect the item. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, though usually sooner.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
All garments undergo quality checks throughout our production process. On the rare occasion that a faulty or incorrect item is received, the following terms apply.
- You have a 30-day right to reject a faulty or incorrect item and receive a full refund.
- Beyond 30 days, you may have the right to a repair or replacement under applicable consumer law. Please contact us and we will assess your situation.
- We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items and provide a pre-paid return label.
- Please upload photos of the fault via our Returns Portal to initiate the process.
EU customers benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee on goods under the EU Sale of Goods Directive. UK customers have equivalent protections under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
4. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items follow the same returns and cancellation terms as standard orders. As pre-orders may have longer lead times prior to dispatch, you may have more time to cancel before the order is shipped. Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to cancel a pre-order.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, the standard preferential returns process applies.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Standard orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return your order after delivery, please use our Returns Portal.
6. Undeliverable or Unclaimed Orders
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be offered the following options:
- Reship the package: Subject to a re-shipping fee based on the weight and destination of the parcel.
- Cancel the order: We will refund the full price of the goods, excluding original shipping costs, within 14 days of the package being returned to us.
7. Your Statutory Rights
The rights set out in this policy are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights under applicable law.
- UK customers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- EU customers have rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the EU Sale of Goods Directive.
- Australian customers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Customers in other countries may have additional rights under the laws of their country.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
