Preferential Returns
Returns requested due to personal preference (such as change of mind, or no longer wanting the item) are considered 'preferential returns.' These can be returned to us for a Store Credit Gift Card or Exchange, minus a 15% restocking fee, as we do not offer refunds for preferential returns.
Requests for preferential returns must be completed within 30 days of Colour Plane fulfilling your order. All requests for preferential returns after this time frame will not be accepted.
To start a preferential return please email us at orders@colourplane.world with your order number in the subject field and return request in the body.
All returned items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear, re-packed in the clear Colour Plane zip-lock bag.
Colour Plane does not cover the costs of returning these items. It is is up to you the customer to ship the item back by a courier of choice.
Please note, we do not assume any responsibility if your return parcel is lost or does not arrive. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to inspect the item and process a Store Credit Gift Card or Exchange.
Size Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your order for an alternative size that we have in stock, please email us at orders@colourplane.world with your order number in the subject field, and your size exchange request in the body. (**returns portal**)
If we do not have your preferred size in stock on the website, then we will be unable to offer a size exchange return. However, you may return the wrong sized items to us for a Store Credit Gift Card, as we do not offer refunds for wrong-size returns.

Faulty Items
We realise that no one is perfect in this world of ours, including ourselves and our team. Even though all of our garments undergo thorough quality checks throughout the production process, we acknowledge that occassionally, faulty items may occur.
If you have received a faulty item, please email us at orders@colourplane.world with your order number in the subject field, and attach photos of the item. (**return portal**) Faulty items can be returned for an exchange, full refund, or Store Credit Gift Card. If we do not have the item in stock on our website, we can issue a Store Credit Gift Card, or full refund once the item is returned to us. We will cover any costs associated with returning the parcel, and provide you with a return shipping label.
All faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.
Please keep in mind that refunds can take up to 10 business days to process depending on the banking institution you are with. This timeframe is out of our control.

Undeliverable / Unclaimed Orders
We rely on our customers to provide an accurate delivery address and to ensure a safe, reliable delivery location.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an improper, incomplete, or invalid address, you will be offered the option to:
Reship the package, with a shipping and handling fee based on the weight of the parcel.
Cancel the order, subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping costs incurred will not be included in the refund amount.
If we do not hear back from you within 7 business days of a failed delivery, we will proceed with cancellation and apply the applicable restocking fee.
Sale / Ineligible for Return Items
