Released on Wednesday, 8th of April, 2026.
Products: 13.5oz Washed Paint Splatter Jeans, 14.5oz Raw Denim Jeans, Reversible Bomber Jacket
The Flying Solo Collection drew it’s inspiration from the real wartime story of Roald Dahl and his time flying with the Royal Air Force during World War II, translating that history into a capsule collection of military-inspired pieces including a reversible bomber jacket and heavyweight raw denim jeans.
Why are MA-1 Bomber Jackets Reversible?
The iconic bright orange lining was introduced (around the 1960s, MIL-J-8279D revision) as a survival tool. If a pilot was shot down or in the water, they could reverse the jacket to make themselves easily visible to rescue aircraft.
We've reinterpreted this iconic feature with a modern twist. It is still a survival tool, but protecting you from swift weather changes.
The highlight of this campaign was def working with Yoshi. He is an accomplished jazz musician, academic, researcher and entertainer with an eclectic mix of passions including fine coffee, old time jazz music, double bass and gramophone recordings and technology. He is fluent in English and Japanese. He has a marvellous rapport with the young and the elderly through his knowledge of recording technologies and musical history, using the sensory and intellectual stimulation of music to help maintain a person's quality of life as well as well being of those contact with the sound vibration.
